Exciting News Another PRO U Master Marketing Event Is Almost Here

“Promotion” of your business online today is all about “what you do differently than everyone else”.

You need to stand out from the crowd, offer value to the people you are looking to connect with online.

It is not just paid advertising anymore it is about having a conversation and building trust.

“Promotion” is what drives the revenue to your business

Strategies to promote your business are:

  • search engine
  • social
  • email

Search refers  to ranking on the first page of google on the organic side with the content on your website

You will receive 90% more traffic than placing a paid ad and the traffic is targeted.

People find you by what they type into the search query when they are looking for  information.

Which is better than interruption marketing like the ads on face book on the right side of the page.

Your website must provide a reason for them to keep coming back.

Value added information with a free report and daily posts.

People don’t buy on the first visit anymore.

You need to build trust and provide information of great value to them.

Organic search takes time and effort but the rewards are money making.

Social refers  to places like your facebook business page.

Telling your story and connecting with people.

You are pulling people into business again with content building a relationship and trust

Email campaign refers to suppling valuable content to people by email.

People get to know you and look forward to hearing from you.

Building your online “Presence” is the first place you need to start when you are laying out your marketing strategy.

On a weekly webinar Cherie Yvette will be sharing with PRO U members the new marketing startegies

you need follow to be successful on the internet in 2012.

Cherie mentioned advertising on the internet has changed. Placing an ad and using your autoresponder messages

used to be enough to generate a sale.

Not so anymore, you now need way more “pull” than “push”

Marketing on the internet has become a lot more social.

Before you start promoting your business your need to know what you want to accomplish online.

It is all about making choices on how you want to get your message to the people you are targeting.

Will it by search engine(google), social media or maybe email marketing.

It is all about knowing exactly who your audience is, what are they looking for and crafting your message

so they can find you.

Cherie talked about 8 steps you need to go through to close a sale online today

  1. Intent – what is your propect looking for
  2. Relevance – what is your message and is it what they are looking for
  3. Conversation – very important to connect with your prospect
  4. Offer – an offer they can not refuse
  5. Commitment – you need to build a relationship
  6. Action – A strong call to action, could be a followup phone conversation
  7. Trust – you have to build a trusting relationship
  8. Close – asking for the sale

So how are you going to build your “Presence” online:

Start with your website your web address, your real estate online.

You need a clear offer, a strategy to bring them back to your site one than once and a sales funnel to

capture their information.

Marketing is not a one time event anymore. It is all about building relationships and trust.

How do you find your perfect propect and how do they find you?

Keywords are how people find you, you need to know what they are looking for and what they are typing in the

search query. Long tail keywords are best. Google Insights will give you what the top queries are , the trends.

You can also type in the google serach bar a search query and a drop down of all the most popular searches will appear.

Then finally Places. Put your business on the map. Google, Face Book, Twitter whatever interests you.

Marketing on the internet has become a social event. You need to build a “Presence” online.
